LAVO at Palazzo LAVO’s menu has a few highlights including a prosciutto service, baked clams oreganato, and fresh mozzarella.
However, LAVO is a place where the food plays second fiddle to the alluring ambiance and unmistakable party atmosphere. In other words, snobby food enthusiasts don’t line the walkways anxiously awaiting entrance into the restaurant.
It is a sultry establishment with spacious high ceilings in the downstairs restaurant while the crowds remind you that LAVO, a conceptualized restaurant from the creators of Tao in the Venetian, is a hotspot.
The nightclub upstairs, which you can access through a ground floor elevator, is also accessible through a segmented staircase, which plateaus to overlook the restaurant and bar area below. Here, LAVO’s designers took advantage of the space by creating small Roman sink-like fountains adorned with brass fixtures and marble basins.
