The fantastic Bouchon Las Vegas
Bouchon Las Vegas opened in 2004, offering delicious and authentic French bistro fare, in what is
becoming one of the country’s biggest culinary destination cities.
Located in the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, Venezia Tower, Bouchon Las Vegas was designed by
Adam D. Tihany, who recreated the original Bouchon’s vibrant environment. Bouchon Las Vegas
features a classic mosaic floor, a magnificent pewter bar, antique light fixtures, and an expansive hand
painted mural by French artist Paulin Paris.
The menu consists of classic bistro fare including steak frites, roasted chicken, quiche, brandade, boudin
noir, pot de crème and profiteroles. Seasonal offerings change throughout the year, and are complimented
by an extensive international wine list and carafe program. Each day’s menu items are posted via a
blackboard located at the restaurant’s entrance. Highlights include Bouchon’s “grand plateaus,” or
seafood platters, which are considered one of the city’s finest.
Keller’s staff includes director of operations Brian Cochran, executive chef Mark Hopper and chef de
cuisine Bryan Podgorski; as well as pastry chef Chris Herrin, general manager Andy St. John and head
sommelier Paul Peterson.
Since opening, Bouchon Las Vegas has received numerous accolades from both the culinary community
and national press. Bouchon’s breakfast is consistently highlighted as one of Vegas’s best, and most
recently, in 2006, Travel & Leisure magazine featured Bouchon Las Vegas on their “Go-List: A List of
Where Foodies Go.”
Soon after the restaurant’s debut, Keller made his bistro fare even more accessible to the public by
publishing Bouchon— a cookbook featuring nearly two hundred of his favorite recipes. Additionally in
Las Vegas, Keller opened Bouchon Bakery, also located in the Venetian hotel, in 2006. Keller’s other
Bouchon outposts include Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery, located in Yountville, California, and Bouchon
Bakery New York, located in the heart of New York City, in the Time Warner Center.
